No Partnership: No partnership, joint venture, or agency is created by these Terms and Conditions. You do not have authority to bind Aqua Cleaning in any respect. Aqua Cleaning will not be liable for failure to perform obligations where such failure results from reasons beyond Aqua Cleaning's reasonable control, including electronic, mechanical, or communications failure or degradation.

Intellectual Property: All materials on the website are owned by or licensed to us. This includes layout, design, appearance, graphics, and related materials. Reproduction is strictly prohibited except in accordance with the copyright notice that forms part of these terms.

Unauthorized Use: You agree that you will not make unauthorized use of the materials or information on the website.

Jurisdiction: Your use of this website and any dispute arising from such use is subject to the local laws of the UAE Main Courts.

Service Facilitation: When you book through Aqua Cleaning, we help facilitate services for your cleaning needs. Once the service is completed, fees paid to our service professionals are non-refundable unless there is a company-caused violation. We may update pricing on a going-forward basis. You are liable for all taxes except taxes based on our income.

Rate Changes: Aqua Cleaning may change rates and fees from time to time by posting changes on the Aqua Cleaning website ten days in advance. No advance notice is required for temporary promotions or changes that reduce rates and fees.

Liability: Aqua Cleaning cannot be held responsible for unlawful acts of service professionals or users. Aqua Cleaning checks service professional backgrounds directly and indirectly through third-party background check services. Users should exercise common sense and caution to protect personal safety and property. Users agree to hold Aqua Cleaning free from liability for damages and/or missing items during or after using service professional services through Aqua Cleaning.

Payment: Aqua Cleaning will charge finalized bookings through the payment method specified on the website, including credit card or cash. If you pay by credit card, we may seek pre-authorization before purchase. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and our policies and rules.

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all information in your account.

Cancellations: If you want to cancel your booking, you are required to give at least 24 hours' written notice by sending an email to info@aquacleaning.com. We reserve the right to levy a charge of up to AED 100 to cover relevant administrative expenses.

Minors: Customers using the website who are minors or under the age of 18 must not register as users and must not transact on or use the website.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary so the remaining Terms and Conditions stay in full force and effect.

Transfer of Terms: Aqua Cleaning may transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms and Conditions and its rights and obligations without consent.

Compliance with Sanctions: Aqua Cleaning will not trade with or provide services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

Communication: Aqua Cleaning may send messages through WhatsApp, SMS, email, or notifications for purposes including appointment confirmation, appointment updates, and marketing.

Scope of Services: Aqua Cleaning is a booking platform that provides cleaning services including home cleaning, upholstery cleaning, carpet cleaning, curtain cleaning, mattress cleaning, and furniture nano-coating.

Payments: We accept online payments using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED or any other agreed currency. By using your account as a payment instrument with Aqua Cleaning, you consent to our terms of use. Online payments are processed by third-party service providers, where card information may be stored for future bookings. Aqua Cleaning does not store your credit card or payment information. Stored information may be used for future transactions including recurring appointments, outstanding payments, tips, or other amounts due to Aqua Cleaning.

Refund/Return Policy: Refunds will be processed only through the original mode of payment.

Quality Assurance

We conduct random quality inspections on a regular basis to review the quality of our crew members' work while they are on duty. We use the following methods:

  • Unannounced Visit: To ensure service professionals are properly uniformed and performing their duties thoroughly and completely.
  • On-Site Inspection: A walk-through with the service professional and/or the client during regular business hours.
  • Follow-up: A brief telephone call by our customer service agents after your session has been completed.

Reporting Issues

  • Missing/Stolen Items: Within 48 hours.
  • Damaged Items: Within 24 hours.

Nano Coating Service Terms

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Aqua Cleaning's nano-coating services. By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Scope of Service

Aqua Cleaning provides professional nano-coating services designed to create an invisible protective layer that helps reduce liquid absorption, improves stain resistance, and makes routine cleaning easier.

Nano coating is a protective treatment only. It does not repair, restore, strengthen, or improve the structural quality, stitching, foam, fabric fibers, leather, color, or manufacturing quality of any furniture.

Performance may vary depending on fabric type, furniture age, previous treatments, environmental conditions, maintenance, and frequency of use.

Nano coating is designed to resist everyday liquid spills and stains. It is not intended to withstand boiling liquids, excessive heat, open flames, harsh chemicals, bleach, acids, solvents, or improper use.

Limited 3-Year Warranty

Aqua Cleaning provides a 3-Year Limited Warranty covering the professional application of the nano coating only.

If Aqua Cleaning determines that the coating failed due to an application defect under normal residential use, Aqua Cleaning may, at its sole discretion:

  • Reapply the coating.
  • Repair the affected coated area where reasonably possible.
  • Provide a partial refund.

The warranty:

  • Applies only to the original customer.
  • Is non-transferable.
  • Covers Aqua Cleaning's workmanship only.
  • Does not guarantee permanent stain prevention.

Complimentary Reapplication

Where included in the purchased package or promotional offer, customers are entitled to one complimentary reapplication after six (6) months.

The complimentary reapplication:

  • Must be booked within the eligible period.
  • Is subject to inspection by Aqua Cleaning.
  • May be refused if furniture has been damaged, improperly maintained, or altered.

  • Loose fibers
  • Loose stitching
  • Foam deterioration

  • Color fading
  • Sun exposure
  • Burns
  • Scratches
  • Tears
  • Cuts
  • Pet damage
  • Mold
  • Mildew
  • Ink penetration
  • Dye transfer
  • Paint damage
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Poor fabric quality
  • Poor furniture quality
  • Improper maintenance
  • Steam cleaning
  • Third-party cleaning
  • Bleach
  • Harsh chemicals
  • Solvents
  • Abrasive cleaners
  • Boiling liquids
  • Excessive heat

Furniture Quality Disclaimer

Nano coating does not improve, strengthen, repair, or modify the quality of the furniture itself.

Issues including fabric pilling, fabric shedding, loose threads, fiber separation, stitching defects, foam deterioration, material defects, and manufacturing defects are considered furniture or fabric quality issues and are not related to Aqua Cleaning's nano coating service.

Aqua Cleaning accepts no responsibility for the quality, durability, manufacture, or condition of the furniture before or after application.

Existing Condition Disclaimer

Aqua Cleaning is not responsible for existing stains, discoloration, odors, tears, scratches, fabric wear, color fading, weak fabric, loose stitching, previous repairs, or previous treatments present before the service.

Stain Protection Disclaimer

Nano coating significantly improves stain resistance but does not guarantee complete stain prevention. Certain substances may permanently stain fabrics depending on fabric type, time before cleaning, temperature, chemical composition, dye concentration, and customer maintenance.

Customers should clean spills as soon as reasonably possible.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Follow all care instructions provided by Aqua Cleaning.
  • Clean spills promptly.
  • Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners.
  • Avoid steam cleaning unless approved.
  • Avoid boiling liquids and excessive heat.
  • Avoid modifying or treating coated surfaces without approval.

Failure to follow these instructions may void the warranty.

Safety During Application

During application:

  • All people, children, and pets must leave the treatment area.
  • Only Aqua Cleaning technicians may remain in the application area.
  • The treated area must remain well ventilated for 2-3 hours after completion.
  • Customers must follow all ventilation instructions provided by our technicians.

Failure to follow these safety requirements releases Aqua Cleaning from liability relating to odors, allergic reactions, respiratory discomfort, health complaints, or exposure-related claims.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aqua Cleaning shall not be liable for indirect damages, incidental damages, consequential damages, loss of use, loss of profits, business interruption, emotional distress, manufacturing defects, fabric defects, furniture replacement, customer negligence, environmental conditions, weather, UV exposure, existing damage, improper maintenance, or misuse of the treated furniture.

Under no circumstances shall Aqua Cleaning's total liability exceed the amount paid by the customer for the nano-coating service.

Claims Procedure

Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of discovering the issue. Customers must provide:

  • Original invoice
  • Photos or videos
  • Description of the concern

Aqua Cleaning reserves the right to inspect the furniture before determining warranty eligibility. The company's decision regarding warranty coverage shall be final.

Refund Policy

Nano coating is a professional service rather than a physical product. Once the coating has been professionally applied, the service is considered completed.

Refunds are only considered if Aqua Cleaning determines that the coating was incorrectly applied and the issue cannot reasonably be corrected through reapplication or another suitable remedy. Any approved refund amount shall be determined solely by Aqua Cleaning.

Right to Refuse Claims

Aqua Cleaning reserves the right to reject any warranty or refund request where inspection determines that the concern resulted from furniture quality, fabric quality, manufacturing defects, customer misuse, improper maintenance, normal wear and tear, environmental exposure, third-party treatment, or circumstances beyond Aqua Cleaning's reasonable control.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.

Acceptance

By booking, purchasing, or using Aqua Cleaning's nano-coating services, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.
